ALSC 5 Easy Steps
Our easy-to-follow process tells you what you need to do, allows you to set the turnaround time for completion and allows us, the experts, to take care of the rest.

1. We Verify Authentication
The first step for your document to be accepted internationally is to ensure it can be authenticated by Global Affairs Canada, which maybe called Apostille in some countries. Depending on the document they have specific requirements but not to worry we guarantee authentication. You simply send us a scan of your document and one of our friendly experts will review it to see if its ready to be authenticated.

2. We Confirm Embassy Requirements
The second step is the legalization of your document at the Embassy Consulate of the country where you will be using it. Most consulates have specific requirements that must be followed and charge a fee. Since requirements, fees and processing times change frequently using ALSC will prevent any delays for you. Our over 25 years of experience working with the diplomatic community allows us a distinct advantage assuring that your sensitive document is processed efficiently.

3. You Choose the Service Speed
Now you are ready to choose from your personalized quote the authentication service that meets your budget and timeline, either our Standard 3 business day or Economy 10 business day. Most consulates have a standard processing time for legalization, but a few do offer quicker service. Our service fees depend on the number of documents, service speed and whether a consulate is located in or outside of Ottawa. Simply decide what service choices are best for you.

4. Complete Order Form, Ready to Ship
We then help you complete our Order Form with the service choices that best suit you. Now it’s time to send your document to our Ottawa national office. We recommend using a traceable service like our shipping partners or get Free overnight shipping using an ALSC Service Center and save $80. Once received we send you an email with our invoice which can be paid securely online using MasterCard & Visa Credit Card, ApplePay, Discovery, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer or include a Corporate Cheque or Money Order.

5. Let us know, we take care of the rest!
Send a quick email that the document, order form and requirements have been sent to our Ottawa office or dropped off at an ALSC Service Center. Now it’s time to relax and let the experts provide you with up to the minute email updates or use the ALSC Order Status Tracker to give you peace of mind throughout the process. We make the process easy whether at home, the office or anywhere in the world. No line ups or government red tape, we take care of that for you.
