Global Affairs Canada can only Apostille or Authenticate a Language School Certificate issued by an accredited institution in Canada. The recognized Language Schools in Canada are Languages Canada, TESL Canada and TESL Ontario. Language School Certificates from these institutions must be Notarized by a Canadian Notary before Authentication. Language School Certificates issued from other institutions will not be accepted by Global Affairs Canada for Apostille or Authentication even if they have been notarized by a Canadian Notary.
